1. Payment Method / ادائیگی کا طریقہ

All payments on our website are securely processed through Payfast. We accept credit/debit cards, instant EFT, and other Payfast-supported methods.

2. Nature of Services / خدمات کی نوعیت

We provide digital social media marketing services, including ad campaigns, video promotions, and engagement growth for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Since these are digital services, results start processing immediately after payment.

3. Returns / واپسی

As our services are digital and customized, we do not accept returns once the service has been delivered or work has started.

Exception: If we are unable to start or deliver the service due to our own fault, we may offer an alternative or a refund.

4. Refunds / رقم کی واپسی

Refunds are considered only if:

Payment was made by mistake (duplicate order).

In such cases, refunds are issued through Payfast within 7–14 business days.
اگر ادائیگی غلطی سے ہو گئی ہو یا سروس فراہم نہ کی جا سکے تو رقم Payfast کے ذریعے 7 تا 14 دن میں واپس کی جا سکتی ہے۔

5. Non-Refundable Conditions / غیر واپسی کی شرائط

Service has already been started or completed.
Delays caused by client’s inaction (e.g., no access, missing info).
Results that vary due to algorithm or platform updates.

اگر سروس مکمل ہو چکی ہو یا تاخیر کلائنٹ کی طرف سے ہو، تو رقم واپس نہیں کی جائے گی۔
